This is a time of high stress, uncertainty, anxiety, and isolation. At the time of this posting, I am continuing to provide therapy sessions, whether that be in person at my office or via telehealth (phone or video chat). (Those options will vary in line with CDC, CAMFT, and CA Governor’s recommendations and mandates). I will go to all teletherapy when it is warranted.
